As some of u know DOUBLE TROUBLE been featured in a movie - a dance movie - The reggea/dancehall movie A DANCE FOR GRACE that had premier in Jamaica and Carribean winter 2011....Now its time for UK reggea festival July 9 - Guess whos gonna be there - US OF COURSE!
Melpo and Franci are playin Natasha and Francine as the main dancers in the movie and we have a lil acting part as well =D
Melpo is also the choreographer of the Movie in the Battle Scenes for the Dancehall Crew.
So of course we gotta be there and represent for the movie.

So for all you out there that dont know Saturday is the day for dancin Dynamites- Its the day u performe and the day u pick new music and new challenge meaning could be anything , cause u draw it out of a bag!!!
And we dont know if u been following DOUBLE TROUBLE at Dancin Dynamites but if u have u probably noticed that we havent had the best of luck . We just finished our Disco Challenge and its time to gather all the dancers to pick. This weeks challenge could be anything , all different dance styles.
And since me ( Melpo ) picked the last 2 weeks we felt it was Francis turn ------ OOOOOH SHIIIIT!!! lol
U know what we got - MODERN DANCE!!!! Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeelp!!!!!
So sweating balls and beein all stressed out to run home and hear the music -we finally did and we got the most beautiful song that saved our asses!!! HAHAHAHA
We got ETANA - FREE , if u havent heard the song google it, lord is beautiful !! But we still had to do a modern choreography and we had no clue where to start only that we looooooooooooooved the song and we wanted to be free!!!
Anyways we let our emotions guide us and it was time to get to work!!!
During all of this at the same time we still had to gather votes and we had to do tour ----OMG!!!! Heeeeeelp
We pulled it off but boooooy it was a CHALLENGE!! Modern dance is not easy when it comes to tecnique u just dont wake up one day and have it , its something that u train for years and years!!!
Much respect cause me and Franci couldnt, laugh, walk or talk for the whole week , even the day of the show cause muscles cramping and body hurting but we were determined and dedicated to do a good job and I must say we did!!!
WANNA GIVE A BIG SHOUT OUT TO László Mészáros !!! Our Ballet teacher from 2004-2006 he really gave us the tools to manage in this kind of conditions best ballet teacher in the world!!!
And big thank you to Shelly n Stacy from Xpression and LaTonya First class, thank u ladiez for everyhting!!!
Anyways we had to go to a Dancin Dynamite tour On thursday so that all day was booked for another show at a High school in Trealwny , wich is out in the country! Must say a very big high school!!!
Watch the video clips and see for yourself we had a blaaast!! thank u to all the kids u rocked our day!!
And big up to Garrison Youths, Ed Hardy, Black Eagle that was there with us experince another day of challenges!!!
U know why .....only didnn't we had to performe wich we didnt know until we got there , we didnt have no mix with us so we had to pull something together on the spot and the Dj mixing live ---and on top of that u cant pick any kind of song caz its a school, o no violence, no cursing and no sexual things--LOL
OH .. and the battle , HAHAHAHAH
Jenny Jenny decided to call us out on stage to battle 2 other females from the school...heeeeelp
So not only that the DJ when its time for the girls to dance only play girls songs...HAHAHA heeeelp again!
But we did it , splits, headtops, wining what else do u want - DOUBLE TROUBLE neva stop neva give up!!! Luved it nice experince once again...
